I approach each client based on their needs and goals. For some, reaching clearly defined goals is necessary, for others, exploring the psyche in an unstructured fashion is what's required. I like to learn everything about you in order to create the most effective treatment plan. You come into session with your long-term goals and together we develop short attainable goals.
